| The Breaux Act Task Force is composed of five federal agencies and the state of Louisiana. These members are listed above. The task force chairman is Col. Thomas F. Julich, District Engineer of the New Orleans District. In addition, the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources must be recognized as they are the local sponsor and cost-sharing entity. |
