November 15 from 9:30am-4pm

Join the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries for a day of fun and learning at the Lafayette South Regional Branch Library! Learn about the Whooping Crane reintroduction program and the crane's amazing journey back from the brink of extinction! This workshop will explain the complexities and challenges of the reintroduction program, demonstrate classroom lesson activities, and allow participants the opportunity to learn about these magnificent creatures! This workshop opportunity is open to both formal and informal Louisiana educators.
