January 2016 CWPPRA Task Force Electronic Vote

Due to 2016, Mississippi River high water events, the January Task Force meeting was canceled. By Task Force decision, it was resolved that an electronic vote would take place in lieu of the January Task Force meeting and on 20 January 2015, Colonel Richard Hansen formally requested an electronic vote on the following motions:
  1. The CWPPRA Task Force approves and adopts the minutes from the October 15, 2015 Task Force meeting.
  2. The CWPPRA Task Force approves the Technical Committee’s recommendation of the following five projects for Phase I funding with a combined Phase I Increment I cost of $16,396,341, as well as the demonstration project with a fully funded cost of $2,215,514:

The Task Force members reviewed each motion as stated above, and on 22 January 2016, all motions were approved and passed by the Task Force.
